Tory Burch Takes New York Fashion Week A ‘Step Further’

Athleticism, girl boss energy and the Reva ballet flat were sights to behold as Tory Burch presented her Spring/Summer 2025 collection in New York Monday night.

Taking place inside the Skylight at The Refinery in Brooklyn’s Williamsburg neighborhood, the six-minute fashion show presented 38 looks that represent the Tory Burch woman in many different shapes and forms.

Actresses Jodie Turner-Smith, Elizabeth Olsen and Mindy Kaling were welcomed by aqua green and red tiles that resemble a vintage swimming pool along with a gorgeous view of the sky.

As soon as the show started, attendees were eager to see what Burch had to offer for the upcoming season.

Burch’s well-known minimalist look is prominent within the presentation, but new fabrics and styles allow brand staples to adapt to the current customer.

Browns, cremes and burgundies were present within dress pants, oversized blazers and accessories that will immediately get the office siren girls on board.

Notably, new silhouettes to the brand such as the Pierced bag and the T-Monogram fortune cookie-shaped bag launched and added a new layer to the New York-based brand.

The Pierced bag, inspired by the Pierced Mule, is the dream minimalist product. Its sleek yet luxurious look is quite similar to a tennis racket cover but is more than just a sporty-looking handbag.

A sculptural ring, located towards the bottom of the bag, has a meaningful purpose for clients. The hardware hoop is interchangeable and can be swapped out for a certain metal to complete a monochromatic outfit.

Being innovative with fashion is crucial to Burch and she never fails to think about the small details and how they can be changed, especially during a time when fashion trends are quick to come and go.

While models walked down the runway, bodycon collared long-sleeved tops and wide-hipped dresses made an interesting point; no matter what your fashion taste is, there is something for everyone.

Creme, brown and red colored prints are seen within flared pants, flowy jackets and chic sweatpants. Yet, a well-known product that put Burch on the map returned on the catwalk.

The Reva ballet flat, named after Burch’s mother, was a smash hit among the public. Celebrities such as Anne Hathaway and Amy Winehouse added fuel to the flat craze and after two years of the launch, more than 250,000 pairs sold and a great deal of variations followed suit.

The Reva is back and better than ever with a wider rounded toe and a new cutout logo in classic hardware. This flat will be on the minds of those who want to live out their childhood dreams and original fans from the 2000s.

Model Alex Consani stuns in a beautiful, well-constructed white dress that flows elegantly with bows draping down her body, long white-beaded earrings and ribbon black patent leather flats.

Silk-fringed bags, ruffle tops and skirts provide a breathable option for those who want to be fashionable in extreme heat while also delivering a clean, relaxed look.

As the show ends, Burch walks out in a cream-collared top, dress pants and pointed flats with silver accents and gray sunglasses, closing the show in style.

Burch wants to take fashion a step further and this collection is a prime example of that. The brand’s mission, empowering women through fashion, prevails once again and Burch did an incredible job for this collection.
