Movers and Shakers: Amber, Co-Editor in Chief of STITCH

Meet Amber, Northwestern senior and co-editor in chief of STITCH.

What’s your personal style?

My style changes all the time depending on the seasons and my mood, but over the years I think it has evolved to be a lot more laid back and simple, but with certain fun pieces thrown in (right now it's my light pink and copper bomber).

Why’d you join STITCH?

I joined STITCH as a freshman because I wanted a community that shared my love of fashion. STITCH has been a huge part of my college experience and helped me grow as a leader in ways I never imagined.

How else do you contribute to the NU community?

In addition to STITCH, I'm the VP of New Business and Research for F&F, Northwestern's student-run marketing group, meaning I get to talk to awesome business owners and student leaders to form mutually beneficial partnerships each quarter. I'm also a member of Alpha Phi here on campus.

What are you most excited to wear this fall?

I did a huge closet clean-out before the year started, so I'm really excited to mix some new pieces like my cropped Mother jeans (I swear, the best jeans I've ever had!) with stuff I already had like my leather jacket and chelsea boots.
